Every Australian order is sent fully insured for its purchase value, with tracking, and packed to protect it in transit. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

International

We welcome international buyers. Online checkout currently ships within Australia only — if you're overseas and a piece catches your eye, email us at jewellersbox57@gmail.com and we'll quote insured delivery to your country. Import duties and taxes may be payable on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.

Dispatch & tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us straight away (and keep the packaging). Because every order is insured, we'll sort out a claim with the carrier and make it right.
